We’re excited to introduce one of our most requested features on TTA Connect! The new Search Talent feature allows you to instantly browse AI-selected experts after submitting a job. You can explore matched talent profiles and request favorites, allowing you to search independently while TTA also hand-selects top candidates for you. Whether you prefer to be hands-on or hands-off in finding talent, we’re here to ensure the perfect match for your project.

How to Search and Request Talent

1. Select a job with an Open status

Tip: Don’t have a job created yet? Post a job and once submitted, you can view matched talent. Already have a job with a Hired status but still need candidates? You can also use the Search Talent page to request talent.

2. Click the Search Talent button located on the right side of the Job Post page

3. Browse the talent listing displayed by relevancy for your selected role

4. Use the Sort by drop-down to arrange talent by relevancy or alphabetically by name

5. Refine your search using the left-side filtering options such as keywords, skills, industry experience, and location

6. Click on a contractor’s name to view their complete profile, including skills, experience, portfolio samples, and credentials

7. To request talent for your job, click Request Quote and add any comments you’d like to share with us about the candidate

8. Click Send to submit your request and we’ll notify the talent, confirm their availability, and add available candidates to your job posting

9. Track requested talent in the Requests section of your job

Tip:  Save talent for future consideration by clicking the heart icon or selecting Add to Favorite from the drop-down menu
