We’re excited to introduce one of our most requested features on TTA Connect! The new Search Talent feature allows you to instantly browse AI-selected experts after submitting a job. Browse matched talent profiles and save your favorites, giving you the flexibility to search on your own while TTA recommends additional candidates as needed. Whether you prefer to be hands-on or hands-off in finding talent, we’re here to ensure the perfect talent match for your project.

How to Search and Request Talent

1. Select a job with an Open status

Tip: Don’t have a job created yet? Post a job, and once submitted, you can view matched talent. Already have a job with a Hired status, but still need candidates? You can use the Search Talent page to request additional talent.

2. Click the Recommended Talent to view the AI-matched talent for your talent request.

 

3. Click on a contractor’s name to view their complete profile, including skills, experience, portfolio samples, and credentials. To learn why they were selected as a top candidate for your job, click the View Matched Logic button to see a summary of qualifications that make them a good match for your job.

 

4. After reviewing talent, you can:

• Request Quote – We’ll be notified of your selection and confirm the contractor’s availability. This candidate will be immediately added to your Requests section of the Review Submissions page. Once our team confirms a candidate, the talent will move to Submissions. This allows you to see the full proposal details, including rates. You can then schedule an interview, make a hire, or remove them from consideration.

 

• Favorite Talent – Click the heart icon or select Add to Favorite from the drop-down menu next to each person you would like to save to your talent favorite list. You can view all selected talent by visiting the My Talent page from the top navigation menu.

 

• Search More Talent – Click the Search More Talent button located at the top of the page or Search Talent to view additional talent that matches your job request criteria. This page includes the AI-recommended talent from the Recommended Talent page and additional talent for your selected role.

Use the Sort by drop-down to arrange talent by relevancy or alphabetically by name, or refine your search using the left-side filtering options such as keywords, skills, industry experience, location, and TTA certification status.

When you’re ready to request talent for your job, click Request Quote and add any comments you’d like to share with us about the candidate. We’ll notify the talent, confirm their availability, and add the available candidates to your job posting.
