Talent Service Providers – Get Started
Welcome! As a registered Talent Service Provider with TTA, we are excited to partner with you and offer a platform that streamlines the management of your contract opportunities, teams, and training project details. TTA Connect simplifies managing your account and team. You can easily view contract opportunities, talent, schedules, training engagement details, payments, and more.
Here are a few tips to help you get started with TTA Connect:
Tip 1: Sign Partner Supplier Agreement
From your Dashboard, review and sign the Partner Supplier Agreement.
This agreement and other legal documents are saved on the Legal Documents & Agreements page for future reference. Click the drop-down menu under your name in the top right corner of TTA Connect and select Account Settings. From here, click Legal Documents & Agreements.
Tip 2: Complete Talent Profile
Update your talent profile with your learning and development expertise and services. Once completed, you will have access to the Job Center to view and submit job proposals for contract opportunities. From the Dashboard, click on any of the profile completion steps or select Profiles from the main navigation to view and update your talent profile.
Tip 3: Add Talent to Your Team
As an Administrator, you can add your team members to the your company account. Go to the Account Settings section and select Manage Members page. Click Add Member and complete their contact information and select a role (Administrator, Manager, or Talent) for each of your learning and development consultants.
Tip 4: Submit Proposals for Job Opportunities
Visit the Job Center to view available opportunities. When you are ready to submit a proposal for a job, complete the short proposal form and select the talent for the opportunity.
Tip 5: Select Your Customized View
Use the dropdown menu on each page to view and manage your team. You can customize your view to see the entire team, individual members, or your personalized owner perspective.
