Your feedback is important to us. It enables us to provide you with an exceptional experience and improve the services we offer. For each job, you’ll find a Review section that asks you to rate and provide feedback for each talent assigned to your job.

To provide Talent feedback, rate each talent using a five-star rating and provide any additional comments:

• • Click on the number of stars (one to five) turning the stars green to indicate your rating of the contractor
  • Provide any additional feedback in the Review comments area
  • When you are finished, click Submit Review and the TTA team will be notified and we’ll also share feedback with the talent
  • If you would like to edit your feedback, select the name of the contractor and click Edit Review and make any necessary changes
  • You have thirty days to make any changes once your project is completed but we’re always willing to collect your feedback at any time
