Managing your preferred talent is now more convenient than ever! Whether you’ve collaborated with talent on a past job or are contemplating their suitability for a different opportunity, you can add your favorite candidates to your Favorites list at any time.

• Click the ellipse next to the name of the talent and select Add to Favorites
• The candidate is saved on the Talent page under Favorites and a blue heart will appear next to their name so you can easily recognize them and consider for a future job opportunity

• To remove them from your Favorites list, click the heart icon to deselect it or click Remove from Favorite anywhere the talent appears
• As your favorite list grows, use the filter options to easily find talent with the skillset you need for your next job
