Why do I need to access the classic view of TTA Connect to see information?


Because TTA Connect improvements are being rolled out in phases (starting with the updates to the talent profile), there will be instances where you will be directed to the classic version.

Here are the pages that will take you back to the classic view of TTA Connect:

  • The main page navigations Job Center and My Jobs
  • Payment Information found in Account Settings drop-down section
  • Dashboard (links to calendar, jobs, and payment information)

You will be asked for your login credentials once and then the classic view of TTA Connect will open in a separate tab in your browser so you can easily navigate between each version, as necessary.

Any updates made in the classic version will be saved (e.g., jobs, payments, calendar, etc.).

Remember to only make any updates to your talent profile in the new version!
