We’re looking for an experienced instructional designer to develop engaging and effective learning materials for [eLearning/instructor-led training/blended learning]. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills
- [5+] years of instructional design experience in corporate or educational settings
- Advanced proficiency in multiple eLearning authoring platforms with portfolio examples showcasing creativity and technical skill
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to transform complex concepts into clear, engaging content
- Knowledge of learning technology standards (SCORM, xAPI, etc.) and experience implementing content across various LMS platforms
- Experience with learning analytics to measure program effectiveness
- Strong understanding of visual design principles and multimedia production techniques
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and ability to create content that meets compliance requirements
