For talent, it’s designed to make it easy to create a profile, find opportunities, and manage training project details. For clients, it’s designed to make it easy to request talent, view project details, and collaborate on training projects.

To work with TTA, L&D independent professionals need to sign up on TTA Connect and complete a talent profile, including contact information, skills, and experience. We use this information in your talent profile to match your skills to our clients’ training requirements.
