With access to TTA Connect, your talent portal, you can create your online profile, visit the Job Center to view opportunities, quote on interesting jobs, and manage your training engagements.
Getting started is easy.
Step 1: Build your TTA Connect profile
Having a complete TTA Connect profile is the best way to share all your skills, work experience, and services with the TTA team and clients. It’s your online ad that tells highlights all your incredible skills, so you get connected to the right opportunities.
There’s no need to finish your profile in one go, but having it at least at a “Good” status is necessary to see job openings and submit quotes for jobs. The quicker you update all your profile details, the easier it will be for you to be matched with a client’s project.
Make sure you have at least the following information on your profile added as soon as possible so you can be included in search results and considered for an opportunity:
- Profile Photo
- Work experience (1)
- Skills (at least one for each role)
- Rate
- Work Preference
- Languages spoken (1)
- About Me

Step 2: Visit the Job Center
The Job Center is where you can view available opportunities that are a good fit for your experience and schedule. Be sure to set up a Job Alert so you can be notified of any new opportunities that meet your criteria.
Keep in mind that the Job Center shows only a sampling of available opportunities, so by having a complete TTA Connect profile, our recruiting team can consider you for client engagements not posted online.
Step 3: Quote on interested training engagements
Did you find a job that interests you and that you would be a good fit for? Apply online for the posting and we’ll review your proposal. Go to how to submit a proposal for more information.
